Getting into acting
To be popular, I was the comedy guy who would talk constantly and rap and make fun of people. Then I met a kid at a 4th of July picnic in Malibu called Shawn Toovey, an actor on Dr Quinn, Medicine Woman. When he mentioned he only attended school three hours a day, I was hooked. I hated school.

Comparisons
I get compared to any dark-haired actor who's no Adonis – Tom Hanks, John Cusack, Dustin Hoffman. And Tobey Maguire and Johnny Depp. Between Spider-Man and Pirates of the Caribbean it opened doors for the ugly guys to be able to kiss girls on screen.

Shia looks a little like Ellen Degeneres if her hair was died. I will have to vehemently argue against shia's views on actor's who are not Adonis. If Johnny Depp fits in the ugly category, then I'm definately ditching the Adonis bloke.
