Mr Wang and his 30cm finger nail

A Chinese man has grown his pinkie fingernail to over 30cm long.

Mr Wang from south-east China may not hold the Guinnesss World Record, but he still needs to be damn careful when picking his nose.

American goon Melvin Booth holds this record for the longest nails on a pair of hands, with his reaching 9.05m.

Lee Redmond from the US had the longest fingernails for a women, measuring in at 8.65m. Unfortunately two months later, Redmond was involved in a car accident that robbed her of this Guinness World Record.
