Pommy granny has an unusual hobby - knitting woollen breasts.

It may sound more like a hobby of Hugh Hefner, but 84-year-old Audrey Horncastle has churned out more than 100 knitted breasts in less than three years.

Mrs Horncastle said people give her a strange look when she tells them what she’s knitting, as reported on Ananova.com.

The Sussex - based knitter isn’t just a naughty nana. She gives her woolly boobs to daughter Rhona Emery, a community nurse, to help teach new mums to breastfeed.

RALPH might have to take on this hobby in retirement.

I actually think it's a great idea. Being a young mum of two i know what its like to try and breastfeed for the first time, if i had have ahd this it would have made it alot easier. And sue there may be better news than knitted breasts but i think that Audrey needs to be commended for doing something for the community.
