Geek wants to marry comic book character

A Japanese man has gone off real women and started a petition to allow humans to marry comic book characters.

The weirdo has confessed his love for a fictional character and is trying to get legal approval for the marriage, even if it costs him an arm and a leg.

“For a long time I have only been able to fall in love with two-dimensional people and currently I have someone I really love. Even if she is fictional, it is still loving someone,” says the comic book fan, as reported on Geekologie.com.

We reckon this dude needs a subscription to RALPH, so he can appreciate real-life babes.

People can marry whoever they want. If it makes him happy, sure.

theres some weird stuff in this world. but this is the weirdest. ***. how's he gonna do her? he wont be able to read nemore. the pages will be glued together. the comic book artists should make a manga episode that says no to his proposal

I think it is really desperate and sad (sad-pathetic, not boo-hoo sad!) Having said that, though, if I had the chance, I'd probably marry Sailor Moon. She's ***' hot, with the long hair and legs, and the schoolgirl uniform!

Poor guy, I kind of feel sorry for him =(. It's fine for him to really like a character, but I think he needs to realise that they aren't real! I read an article a couple of years ago that said humans might feasibly be marrying robots by 2050... even that makes more sense than this.

Oh God. Just so everyone knows, not all japanese comics are porn. And, despite being a manga (***. comics) fan, even I know that a legal marriage to 2D characters is absolutely crazy, freaky, insane....oh, and from the looks of the pic, based only on lust. I mean, there's a difference between loving a character, and being IN LOVE with them.

Looks to me, that this guy is not getting any and can't find any of the real stuff. Comic characters look great but hey it's a fantasy. A real woman is the best way to go and I'm not looking back or for any substitute. It's the only way to go to have a healthy sexlife and for that I say WOOOOO!!!! to all the women out there. That guy should try alot more harder than giving up, what a *** weakling.

Does he realise he technically can not marry a comic book character, its a drawing you maroon. Oh my what an idiot, maybe someone should send in the men in white coats because hes clearly lost his marbles.......!!!!

Of course this shouldn't be made legal, if this ever existed, we are definately living in a screwed up world.

This guy has seriously got to wake up to himself and smell the bees and really and truly get a girlfriend!
