A survey released today has revealed that 30 per cent of blokes would happily lose their manhood if first given the chance to sleep with former Miss Universe, Jennifer Hawkins.

The Man Debate survey conducted on RALPH.com.au, showed what Australian men think about women, relationships and themselves.

The survey showed that three out of five guys think their girlfriends should forget about skinny lattes and green salads, and tuck into a steak and beer with them.

The majority of dudes (60 per cent surveyed) want women to care less about their body image.

However, two out of five men are concerned with the size of their manhood, showing men are increasingly self conscious about their body image.

I agree with Chivalry, I am a young bloke and I believe that Woman should be treated with care and respect, if you go out on a date, the man should take the tab at the end of the night. I also agree with the opening of doors, it's simple old fashioned manners....And we need them back.

When I'm out on a date, I would usually pay for the dinner if they then pay for the movie or next dinner. Take it in turns. I object to when the girl expects to be paid for by a man like its a given. I'm all for equality which is why I think women should not be expected to be treated specially just because they are female.

The whole "men should pay the bill" debate amuses me somewhat - women constantly bemoan the fact they don't attract the same pay scale as men in the same job. Well of course not - if we have to pay (for a lot more than just the first date - flowers, wine, tickets) we need to be paid considerably more in our jobs. This is simply a recognition by employers of the financial burden my carry with relation to supporting women. Now sit back and enjoy the flak ......

it would seem the entire first page of comments is simply a bunch of angry women, now i know women anger easily but please, this survey was conducted by a mens mag, it wasnt designed not to offend women, if you are offended dont read it, and grow up.

A gentleman should most certainly pay the bill, though he should do it discreetly and not yield attention to himself for doing so. Is it even an item for debate? It is the same as standing up for a lady when she goes to the lavatory, helping a lady with her seat before taking his own, or opening all doors for his lady. It is the way a gentleman should conduct himself.
