When a prisoner escaped a US jail, he left behind a rose made of dunny paper for the warden because he felt sorry for busting out.

Luis Camacho-Mendoza broke open a lock on a kitchen door using a tool made from two screwdrivers. But he was caught a day later in a Arkansas home after the cops received a tip-off.

Police found Camacho-Mendoza hiding in a closet with a pile of clothes and a pillowcase over his head, as reported by Associated Press.

The offender was about to be deported to Mexico, possibly to lead the nation’s Olympic origami team.
