Burglar forced to clean home

Friday, February 29, 2008

After a burglar was caught red-handed in a Yankie couples home, he was held at gunpoint and forced to clean up their house.

When Adrian and Tiffany McKinnon returned to their house near Montgomery, Alabama, after a week away, they caught an intruder ransacking their home.

When Mr McKinnon walked into another room to check what was missing, he came face to face with the burglar, who was wearing one of his hats.

The offender was held at gunpoint, made him sit down until the angry home owner decided what to do.

"We made this man clean up all the mess he made, piles of stuff, he had thrown out of my drawers and cabinets onto the floor," Mrs McKinnon told her local newspaper The Montgomery Advertiser.

When the police arrived the lazy burglar had the nerve to complain to them - about having to clean up his mess at gunpoint.

Keith, learn to spell mate. I think that what the couple did was a ridiculous example of the American right to bear arms
Ummmmm........APRIL FOOL!!!!!!
Absolutely hilarious.... there should be more justice like this!
Yes, right on I would have done the exactly same thing, its good to see that someone has the guts to teach these scabbing no good thiefs a lesson, but I would have flushed his head down the toilet for good measure.
Anyone who perpetrates any act of crime against another deserves to get punished. I too have been the victim of some dirt bag breaking into my home and breaking, stealing and leaving a mess of my belongings all over the floor. I was lucky enough to be able to give the police information leading to the arrest of the criminal who broke into my home. If I had a gun and ran into him face to face in my home? I think he can thank his lucky stars that I didn't!! Good on the couple that made their burgler clean up the mess. They showed great restraint given the situation. Chazeen Brisbane
