RALPH March 2008 Subscription Promotion
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents who subscribe or renew their subscription (for a minimum period of 12 months – 12 issues) to Ralph magazine within the promotional period. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
4. Entry is subject to the correct use of a valid credit card or, if payment is made by cheque, the cheque must be cleared for payment by the close date of the promotion. 5. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Gift and any unused portion of a gift is, not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a gift occurring between the date of printing and the date the gift is claimed. Gift value mentioned is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing.
6. Promotional period commences 18/02/08 at 00.01(AEST) and closes and all subscription payments must be received by 17/03/08 at 10am AEDST. All new and renewing subscribers, subscribing to Ralph for a minimum of 12 months (12 issues), will receive a King of Shaves shaving pack. Each pack consists of Face Primer 90g (10.95); ALPHA oil Sensitive and Cooling Oil($12.95); AlphaGel Antibacterial shaving gel ($12.95); K-GL Post Shave cooler ($7.95). Each gift pack is valued at $45.00.
7. The gift will be sent out to subscribers at the close of the promotion. Please allow 28 days for delivery of gift. Gift will be sent to delivery address indicated on subscription.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected mail and/or entries or for any gifts damaged in transit.
9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) of for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or website user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
11. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
12. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice (see Contents Page for location in this issue)
13. By entering the promotion and providing an email address, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit (with their literary piece being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
