Van Heusen explain why their shirts are a cut above.

How did you guys get big in business shirts?.
In the early 1900s, in Holland, John M Van Heusen created a comfortable, attached, self-folding collar. Up until then most collars were detachable, stiff and a real hassle. In 1921, the revolutionary new collar was introduced to the public with immediate and overwhelming success.

So what’s the big deal these days?
Van Heusen has been available in Australia for 60 years and is now the largest selling dress-shirt brand in the world. Today the brand provides the biggest, most accessible range of business shirts in the country. The combinations of colours, sizes, styles and fits are formidable.

What else does Van Heusen do apart from shirts?
Last summer we launched wool suits and dress trousers. We also do ties, belts, socks, shoes, fragrance and skin care.

What three things can we always expect from Van Heusen shirts?
Multiple fits, quality components and manufacture, plus value for money.

Finish this sentence – You wear Van Heusen business shirts when...
You want to look up to date without breaking the bank.

Undies are a good start. Wear nice clothes but stay casual. Maybe a sports jacket, short-sleeved shirt, jeans. Of course it depends on the situation.

This month, we've got Holly's hot blog, wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, Miss SuperGP winner Ashleigh Sudholz and Chopper's Christmas guide.
