Mediterranean sandwich
INGREDIENTS
4 slices of Helga's traditional white bread
2 teaspoons of basil pesto
8 slices of salami
30g of rocket
1/2 cup (110g) of sliced roasted capsicum
1/4 cup (20g) of shaved parmesan
METHOD
1. Spread two slices of bread with pesto. Top with salami, rocket, capsicum and parmesan. Season with pepper and top with remaining bread slices. Serve.
