Roast beef baguettes

Looking for some lunch inspiration that doesn't involve alot of effort? A roast beef baguette could be what you're after.
INGREDIENTS:
1 small baguette
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
6 slices lean roast beef
6 leaves oak leaf lettuce
½ cup (75g) chargrilled capsicum
1. Halve baguette lengthways. Remove some of soft centre.
2. Spread mustard evenly over bread cavity. Layer beef, lettuce and capsicum in bread cavity until full. Replace top.
3. Cut baguette in half then wrap firmly in baking paper and secure with string.
