Beer poached eggs

We love beer at RALPH, so if there's an excuse to drink and make a meal such as beer poached eggs, life just can't get any better.

Follow our instructions and whip up this little beauty in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients
375ml beer
eight eggs
pinch of salt

Method
  • Heat beer and salt to a simmer in a small pan.
  • Crack egg into the bowl.
  • Slide eggs gently into simmering beer — two at a time. Gently spoon the beer over the top of the egg to assist in cooking the yolk.
  • Remove from pan, drain excess liquid and serve.
