RALPH idiot Luke Anisimoff survived two days and 1000km with five bands on the Barcadi Express.

“I knew I was in trouble when I woke up in a strange hotel with my clothes on and my phone ringing. I was already running late to the first of four gigs in 48 hours, all broken up by a train trip from Melbourne to Sydney for the inaugural Barcadi Express roadshow.

It was going to be a long weekend. It was only 10am and I was meant to be at The Forum to check out Pnau, Bumblebeez, Faker, Scribe and beatboxer bloke Beardyman.

I bolted to the show. It was dark. I was hungover. The gig was packed by midday. It felt like a party. I figured there wasn't any harm in enjoying a Barcadi cocktail. It was the first of several.
