How do I bookmark the RALPH mobile site?
- Go to the RALPH mobile site home page
- From your phone menu, select 'Options', 'Menu' or ‘More’ (wording varies depending on your phone)
- Select 'Bookmarks', 'Favourites' or ‘Tools’
- Select 'Add Bookmark' or 'Add Favourite'
Once you have performed the above, next time you can simply select the mobile site link from your Bookmarks/Favourites menu to go straight there. If your phone asks if you want to “connect to the network” or “connect to the server” select 'yes'. This question is just the phone’s way of protecting you from connecting to the internet accidentally.
I have received an SMS how do I open the link?
Open the SMS message and select the option in your phone menu ‘Open link’ or ‘Go to the URL’. Once you have selected the link, RALPH mobile will load in your mobile internet browser.
If the link does not work you may need to
set-up your mobile so you can access the mobile internet.
