Reality TV and pop star Heidi Montag has admitted she can't increase the size of her already ample fake boobs as they have hit the "legal" limit.
"I legally can't [have larger breast implants] right now," the MTV babe said when she appeared on
The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. "The [size] limit [for implants] is 800cc and I have 700cc."
