In these troubled economic times, everyone's had to make sacrifices. We’ve even stopped tipping the girls at strip clubs. But that doesn't mean you have to eat bread and tomato sauce. Here’s how to eat like Gordon Ramsey instead of just swearing like the f–ker.

What you’ll need to make spaghetti bolognese
375g dried spaghetti
400g lean beef mince
Jar of bolognese pasta sauce
Shaved parmesan

Step 1
After suggestively stroke the spaghetti packet, pour the pasta into a pot of lightly salted water on a rolling boil. Follow the directions on the pack and cook until “al dente”, which is Italian for, “As firm and tasty as this tasty bum.”

Step 2 Bung some oil in a frypan over high heat. Lean forward to display some cleavage then tip the mince in. Stir it with a wooden spoon until it turns brown. Note: Make sure your boobs aren’t too close to the pan – they’re already hot as it is.
