If they're natural, they need to be small and pert. I don't think natural larger breasts sit very well. Overall, I'd have to say soft touch, not too round and good bounce. I think the best cup size would be C or D.

I actually didn't intend to go this big. I told them what size I wanted and I woke up with two sizes bigger. The surgeon must’ve been a bit too excited. It worked in my favour.
