Three or four bottles of Dom Préignon champagne, which was just under $1000. It wasn’t a special occasion, they were just really rich.

I wouldn’t go home with a punter. I like to know the person first. You never know where they’ve been.

There's a small section behind the bar. I saw a couple being pretty touchy-feely there. They could’ve got a room, which would’ve been a bit more appropriate.
