What assets do you think helped you nab the first ASMY runner-up spot, Juliet?
I was just really happy to be there and I think the judges saw that. I guess the way I looked might have helped a bit but it’s all about personality, isn’t it?

You work at Fannys in Newcastle. That sounds filthy.
It’s a club. I love working behind the bar there because you’ve got the music pumping and it’s really fun.

Do you get many guys trying to crack on to you while you’re at work?
Yeah. Lots of guys with a lot of pick-up lines. One guy asked me for a napkin and about half an hour later he gave me a rose he’d made out of it. That was sweet. You get all the stupid ones as well, like, “You’re hot” and “Do you wanna come home with me?”
