Candice Pearce, 24, confesses she was "caught doing something by a police person."
What do you do to put food on the table?
I work in project marketing, selling apartments for developments.
Are blokes left with apartments they can’t afford, ’cos you’re so
good-looking?
(Laughs) Not that I know of. I try to keep it professional.
How did you get into that line of work?
Living all over the world, I was always curious about houses and properties. I decided I wanted to pursue a career in it.
Working in real estate, what do you reckon the most important room in the house is?
A lot of people are fixed on the view from their balcony, or how big their balcony is. Others’ opinions might be the lounge room or the kitchen. The bedroom: that’s my personal view. Well, it’s where you spend most of your time (laughs).
Are you talking about sleeping?
Of course. Why, what would you think I was talking about?
Sex, but you can do that anywhere.
That’s true. That’s why I mentioned the lounge room, the kitchen and the balcony.
Map out a good day on the Gold Coast for us.
It’s nice to get up in the morning, go for a run along the beach, spend most of your day there, followed by a night out at a nice bar.
What sort of trouble do you get into?
I don’t know if you can print that in the magazine.
Have you been arrested?
I wouldn’t go that far, but very close. I was caught doing something by a police person who wasn’t actually on duty, so I was fortunate in that sense, but I don’t want you to print what it was.
People will wonder if you were having sex in public or stealing cars?
You can use your imagination. I’m not really a cars girl, so maybe the other.
