Ironwoman, model, It Takes Two singer – the super-fit Sydney spunk is all these things and more.

Did you fancy yourself as a singer before It Takes Two? Definitely not. I only sing in the shower and in the car but I’m hoping I can learn a bit more about singing doing the show.

Do fellow competitors still get the shits with you because they think you’re more party girl than ironwoman?
Not so much anymore. Everyone’s sort of grown up about that now. They all realise that your time in the sport is short and you’ve got to make the most of it while you can. I wouldn’t have won a few Australian medals and state titles and that sort of stuff if I wasn’t serious about competing.

Did you realise most of the country was talking about the infamous cubicle pic with Sonny Bill Williams when it happened?
I don’t really like to talk about that now. That happened almost a year ago. It’s behind me and I’ve moved onto bigger and better things. I really get strength from everything that gets written about me and turn it into a positive. That’s why I’m having success in my sport at the moment.
