January winner Danielle, 25, gives us a lesson in packing meat.

What do you do for dough, Danielle? I’m a meat packer. People don’t usually believe it because I’m a very girlie girl – I don’t look like the kind of girl that likes to get dirty. I work in a supermarket, inside a big fridge. I wear a disgusting apron, a big white coat and a hat. The butchers cut the meat. I slap it onto the trays and wrap it in glad wrap. It’s heaps of fun working with the butchers because they’re funny, disgusting and loud.

How do you like to prepare meat?
I can please a man in many ways but I like a barbeque, with as much meat as possible.

What’s the best way to get you in the mood for the other sort of meat packing?
Cooking a good meal, a bit of a barbeque. That’s always a way for a bloke to show what he can do with knives. I’m really into chocolate, so you can always get the body chocolate. Have a jar of that and paint brush ready to whip out. It’s a bit of dessert after the barbecue.

Sounds like a balanced meal. Any plans for the New Year?
I’m representing Australia in Mrs Globe 2008. It’s in California with 40 countries attending. I have to choose a national costume. Maybe I could be an Australian meat packer?
