Brooke Sheehan: interview

She's been in a stacks of times before but now it's time to introduce Darwin's Brooke Sheehan to the world as one of the hosts of RALPHTV

Q1. You've come a fair way since a discovered you in a Coles in Darwin, Brooke.
It was a Woolworths actually. Yeah, that was my casting.

Q2. Bet you don't get noticed in Woolies in Sydney as often.
[Laughs] Well, no, not like that.

Q3. How did you beat the field to get a gig on RALPHTV?
It's taken a good two years to get a break in the industry and I've just been working hard doing acting and singing classes the whole time. I just keep putting myself out there and stay positive. Basically, I'm in the game and I'm not going to leave. This was my opportunity and I took it.

Q4. What have you been up to since we last saw you?
I've won a couple of national competitions. I've shot a few video clips, including one where I have to be a sexy cowgirl, which was really funky. It required some acting so I'm glad I went to classes. But RALPHTV is my first TV gig. It's a great break for me.

Q5. Did you have to pretend to be a tree or get rebirthed or anything in acting class?
[Laughs] No, nothing like that, but it might yet happen. I can cry [on cue] really well though!
